Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously here at Mimochai and are committed to protecting your personal data. The language below is our privacy policy, but we understand that sometimes this language can be intimidating or difficult to understand. If you ever have any questions about how your information is used, please email hi@mimochai.com.

Basically, we collect your order information to fulfill your orders. We have to share some of the information with the platforms we use, such as Shopify and Google Analytics. If you've agree to receive our newsletters, we use your email to send you updates about our site. We don't currently run any re-targeting ads, but if we ever do it's just to try to make sure we're spending our marketing dollars on people who actually care, using non-identifiable information that basically all websites have at this point. This information is generally collected using "cookies," not the delicious chocolate chip kind, but the data collection technology kind. Learn more about Shopify's Cookie Policy here.

We will never sell your information to third parties or otherwise do anything ill-intentioned with your information, nor do we ever want to hide anything we are doing with your information from you. We ourselves are online consumers that are protective of our personal information and how our data is used, and treat our visitors and customers the way we would want to be treated by the sites we visit.

Respectfully,

Mimochai Team
